MODERNIZING PHILIPPINE IRRIGATION SYSTEM

Acting National Irrigation Administrator Engineer Eddie Guillen leads other government officials during the kick-off activities of TECHNOCON 2023 which gears towards modernization and innovation of the country’s irrigation systems. The Irrigation Engineering Center (IEC), research arm of the agency initiated the event held on June 7 at NIA Central Office, Diliman, Quezon City. The event provides an avenue for suppliers, manufacturers and NIA to explore technological advancements in modern times.
