At least 11 members of the Communist Terrorist Group operating in Mountain Province who surrendered to government forces were presented by the Mountain Province Provincial Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF-ELCAC) on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2020, at the Camp Montes in Bontoc, Mountain Province.
The mass surrender of the CTGs was thru the Retooled Community Support Program of the PTF – ELCAC Mountain Province led by the Philippine Army 54th IB and the Mountain Province Police Provincial Office with the DILG and the provincial government of Mountain Province.
