Supporters of San Fernando City Mayor Hermenegildo Dong Gualberto gathered at the city plaza to shows support on regards for the Ombudsman decision on Gualberto’s dismissal from the service after found him guilty of grave misconduct and gross neglect of duty for the alleged misuse of development funds for the construction of city plaza as part of the rehabilitation Friday (Jan. 10, 2020).
