Dra. Cecilia Brillantes Officer-in-Charge of City Health Services Office of the Baguio City among with local stakeholders of the AIDS Watch and members of the Baguio Association of Nights Spots (BANS) hold a candle lighting in their quest to strengthen their campaign and awareness of the dreaded disease. The candle lighting was held at the Burnham Lake last May 10, 2024.
