Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong visits the Sto. Tomas Rain Basin (STRB), a rainwater harvesting facility of Baguio Water District (BWD), in Barangay Poblacion, Tuba, Benguet. The mayor was alarm over reports that STRB is empty already and can’t provide of the coming hot months and BWD will rely heavily on underground wells for Baguio water needs.
