Mrs. Almera Ibra, Mr. Yusop Ibra, and PB Kader Gunting were commended by Mayor Benjamin Magalong with city council members for their outstanding moral character, honesty, compassion, and citizenship wherein they discovered and reported to an authority a substantial sum of money and without hesitation, took the noble initiative to return to the rightful owner.
