Caba District Hospital (CDH) Chief Dr. Gretchen F. Aromin spearheads the distribution of rice to hospital personnel as part of the “Basura para sa Bigas” Program of the Provincial Government of La Union on September 20, 2019 at CDH Atrium, Poblacion Sur, Caba, La Union.

To reduce non-biodegradable wastes in the hospital, CDH adopted the “Basura Para sa Bigas” Program where all plastic wrappers are put in bottles and later exchanged for rice.
