The Philippines’ Grill Expert, Mang Inasal is the champion of the Grand Floral Float Medium Category in the just concluded Panagbenga Festival 2025 . All flower floats paraded along Session Road down to Burnham Park’s Melvin Jones grandstand where local tourists and residents converge for the final viewing.
