nearly 3000 Benguet farmers benefits P29.8M from Presidential Aid, The Provincial Local Government of Benguet, headed by Governor Dr. Melchor D. Diclas, has fully distributed a total of P29,840,000 financial assistance to 2,984 farmers and fisherfolk who have been significantly affected by El-Niño in the Province. Distributed at Benguet Sports Complex (BSC), Wangal and Paoay, Atok, in four tranches on August 13, 14, 15, and 20, the said cash aid is under the Presidential Assistance for Farmers, Fisherfolks, and their Families (PAFF) of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., which Governor Diclas received last July 19 in Apayao.
