City Mayor Benjamin Magalong (holding a microphone) try to answer a querry from a female vendor on who are the priorities , if they will not be disenfranchised , if they will have relocation site during the market construction . Magalong assures that all the present occupants are the priorities and they will be temporarily relocated inside the Slaughter house compound where a temporary multi-level building be constructed.

The mayor also disclosed that any body can still challenge the market development because as of now only SM Prime Holdings Inc. submitted their full offer to the city government. Also present during the public consultations are City Councilor Art Allad-iw, IPMR Councilor Maximo Edwin Jr from right are Egbert Lim Senior Assist. Vice-President and Lawyer Helene Go representative of SM Prime Holdings Inc. The public consultation was held at Baguio
Convention Center last August 9, 2024.
