Nisce and the Sangguniang Panlalawigan members present the Resolution of Condolence to the bereaved family of Mr. Avelino Lomboy, former provincial agriculturist of La Union and known as “Grape King of the Philippines” at the Lomboy residence, Bauang, La Union on August 16, 2018.
