Strict Implementation of Towing Ordinance

City Engineer Edgar Victorino Olpindo vowed to strictly implement the Towing Ordinance to remove illegally parked vehicles along roads and streets in the city during the City Hall flag raising ceremony on Monday, April 1.
The newly created Traffic Transportation Management Division manned by 46 traffic aides under his department was tasked to undertake the implementation of the said ordinance.
