The Goodness of Lemon

And all that I can see is just a Yellow Lemon Tree. I have been drinking lemon juice for quite some time, and it has been a year already, actually.

A friend told me that if I want to reduce weight I shall drink lemon juice which I did. Squeezing the cut lemon into lukewarm water and
pouring out all the juice from it and making it my water for the whole day and continue doing so for three months straight is really effective for weight management.

Aside from stretching, I do not need to do any daily exercise. I just have lemon juice whenever I eat fatty food and I can say that I am a proof for the fast and effective result.

I have also learned that if I rub lemon juice on my body thrice a week or how much time permits, gives me a natural smooth and even-toned skin. I am using it also on my face to lighten dark spots previously caused by pimples or acne that

I had. I just apply lemon juice to my face in upward strokes, let it stand a few seconds to a minute then give my face a little circular
massage, then rinse off.

Since I started drinking lemon juice, my migraine does not bother me anymore. It used to give me a lot of pain and affected my work until I started drinking lemon juice.

I have also discovered that it is effective for sore throat, cough and phlegm. Cold weather is just around the corner. Why not put a
little bit of lemon into it to lessen the sourness?

Anyway, ladies and gentlemen, be aware that people who are acidic cannot drink or use lemon. The acid in lemons may cause harm than good to our body.

I’m not saying it may have the same effect to you just like what it did to me. Lemon is not really as affordable as it is expensive, but I have
experienced buying it for only 20 pesos per kilo about 1 year ago.

Knowing its benefits, especially on weight management, its natural alkaline that lightens skin especially the underarm, and on any dark
spot, I am not so surprised if the price now soared to 70 pesos.

I could not blame business for good income. To top it all up, whether it is natural or organics that you believe in, always couple your beliefs with a prayer.

This is what the Good Book says in 1Thessalonians 5:17: “Pray without ceasing.” This is yours truly, Tita Ara Katter, Ikit ng bayan, always reminding you: “Ti Panagkaykaysa, mangiwanwan iti naranyag nga pagsayaatan”.
