Hundreds of thousands of visitors coming from various places in the country, and even foreigners converge in the historic Crisologo Street, also known as the Heritage Village in Vigan City as the province of Ilocos Sur celebrates its 12th Kannawidan Festival (get
together of people or togetherness of people) featuring the traditional dresses among women and men as “throwback” in the olden times.
