Some Lower Rock Quarry (LRQ) Barangay residents volunteer to clear the lagoon sink hole of trash and other debris washed away in Monday’s heavy down pour that even cause a minor flooding in Lower Session Road in downtown Baguio. The lagoon sinkhole is in danger of clogging and flood again due to trash coming from the 17 adjacent barangay around LRQ. JJ LANDINGIN
