29 newly promoted Police commissioned officers took their Oath

CAMP MAJOR BADO DANGWA, La Trinidad, Benguet – 29 newly promoted Police Commissioned Officers took part in the Oath-taking and Donning of Ranks ceremony held at the Masigasig Grandstand in Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet in the morning of April 14, 2021.
The ceremony was hosted by the PROCOR Regional Director PBGEN RONALD O LEE and was physically attended by 11 promotees from the Regional Headquarters, Baguio City Police Office, and Benguet Police Provincial Office, while the other remaining promotees joined the ceremony virtually from their respective Police Provincial Offices.
Of the 29 promotees, one (1) was promoted to Police Colonel, while the other 28 were promoted to Police Lieutenant Colonel. PBGEN LEE presided the Oath-taking and also facilitated the donning of ranks of the physically present promotees.
Also, the rank insignias and accoutrements were blessed by PROCOR Regional Pastoral Officer PLTCOL JONATHAN LCHY. As PBGEN LEE congratulated all the newly promoted Police Commissioned Officers, he also reiterated the importance of the three words, DEDICATION, DISCIPLINE, AND SERVICE, which should be taken by heart and will serve as their guide in attaining a successful career.
Today, let us sustain the trust and confidence of the public and serve as an example to all. Let us together achieve our primary mission, which is to serve and protect the public. Let us continue to support the efforts of our Chief PNP in upgrading, upholding the sanctity, and morale of the PNP,” PBGEN LEE said.
