BAGUIO CITY TOP 10 MOST WANTED PERSON ARRESTED

Top 10 Most Wanted Person of Baguio City Police Office was arrested by BCPO Legarda (PS-5) led by PCPT RALPH G DAYAG at Purok 5 Camp Allen, Baguio City on Tuesday (January 19, 2021).
Alvin Kenneth Jamolin Benitez, 19 years old, laborer, and resident of San Luis Village, Baguio City, listed as No. 10 Most Wanted Person City Level of Baguio City Police Office for the 1st Quarter 2021 was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for VIOLATION of RPC ART. 299 ROBBERY IN AN INHABITED HOUSE OR PUBLIC BUILDING OR EDIFICE DEVOTED TO WORSHIP issued by Regional Trial Court, First Judicial Region, Branch 3, Baguio City.
The incident was committed sometime on November 2020 in unattended residential house at Upper Rock Quarry, Baguio City. Through diligent conduct of follow-up investigation, intensified intelligence operation and coordination with Barangay Officials of Upper Rock Quarry led to the identification on the identity of the arrested suspect, recovery some of the stolen items and filing of appropriate charges against him at the court.
The arrested individual is now under the custody of Legarda I Station (PS5) for documentation and proper disposition prior turnover to the issuing court.
