BAGUIO CITY – Students and teachers of the 30 highest-need public high schools in Ilocos and Cordillera Regions recently started driving awareness and fuel ups to raise funds for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) projects in a fuel up-to-donate program called Caltex Fuel Your School.
