An outreach program was spearheaded by Councilor Francisco Roberto Pacoy Ortega VI in DPS Compound covered court, Baguio City on August 8,2018 to commemorate the one year death anniversary of former Councilor Roberto “Bungo” Ortega with the theme “Tuloy-tuloy na serbisyo mula sa pamilya Ortega” and in coordination with Punong Barangay Ariel Prado Del Monte. The event included free services such as free haircut, free pedicure and free manicure and distribution of school supplies to the kids in the barangay day care center. ABN/CARLOS C. MENESES
