Joining the opening parade of Panagbenga Festival are the Officers of Police Regional Office Cordillera led by P/Brig. Gen. David Peredo, Regional Director, on his right is Deputy Director for Operation P/Col Elmer Ragay and on the left is Deputy for Administation P/Brig.Gen. Patrick Alan and couple of officers. Peredo assures that an augmentation of policemen will be deployed during the main event of Panagbenga Festival.
