Bauang elect mayor Menchie L. De Guzman take oath as newly elected mayor of Municipality of Bauang witnessed with outgoing mayor Eulogio Clarence Martin P. De Guzman III and the family member. The oathtaking was initiated by Provincial Governor of La Union Hon. Francisco Emmanuel R. Ortega III held at St. Peter and St. Paul Church, Bauang, La Union last June 29, 2019.
