455 graduate from good agricultural practices training

Pagasa nagbabala sa nagbabadyang El Niño

Matapos ang naranasang sunod-sunod na pag-ulan na dulot ng habagat sa Luzon at Visayas noong mga nakaraang buwan ay nagbigay ng panibagong babala ang Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) sa posibleng pagbuo ng El Niño sa mga susunod na buwan ng Oktubre at Nobyembre ngayong taon  na maaaring magtagal hanggang Pebrero 2019.
