DSWD Undersecretary for Luzon Affairs Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso in an open forum along with representatives of DSWD partner agencies in the implementation of Poverty Alleviation and Community Development projects listens to LGUs concern. He was the guest speaker during the DSWD Regional LGU Forum for KC-NCDDS at Hotel Albergo Baguio City, June 5.
