In his Baguio day message, Mayor Mauricio G. Domogan cites the City’s inherent culture of creativity which keeps it dynamic and alive. He calls for a continuing unity in bringing development and progress and to work together to surpass the city’s achievements and sustain its dynamism and creativity with the recent recognition from UNESCO as a “creative city” for crafts and folk art.
