Provincial Engineering Office personnel conduct drainage cleaning and dredging along the streets of the central business district in San Fernando City, La Union on March 27, 2020.
Due to the ongoing Enhanced Community Quarantine in Luzon, the usually busy thoroughfares of the capital city are now free of pedestrians and motorists, thus a good opportunity to declog waterways in time for the rainy season.
