University of the Cordilleras student Roi Neeve Comanda was crowned Miss Tourism during the Miss Baguio 2018 pageant on Sunday at Baguio City National High School Auditorium. With her are City Councilor Elmer Datuin, Miss Tourism 2017 Judy Ann Caasi and former Mayor Peter Rey Bautista. She also unjudged for Best Evening Gown, Miss Photogenic and Miss Yamang Bukid. Comanda will represent for Miss Aliwan Festival 2019. ZALDY COMANDA
