NEW CHIEF OF CAR’S “GUARDIAN OF THE HIGHWAYS”

Newly-promoted CAR Regional Highway Patrol Unit (RHPU) chief P/Lt.Col. Kimberly Esteban Molitas paid a courtesy visit to Mayor Romeo Salda this afternoon, following her appointment to the position.
She is the former NCRPO Spokesperson/Chief of its Public Information Office and has also served abroad with the United Nations’ Stabilization Mission in Haiti. The multi-awarded officer is the daughter of Kibungan Mayor Hon. Cesar Molitas.
