A new addition to Puerto de San Juan Beach Resort Hotel is Puerto de San Juan Beach Residences which is located just beside the hotel. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on Monday, July 15, 2019.

The project is the vision of ES Clemente Development and Management Corporation and San Juan Resort Development and Management Corporation president and board chairman Emmanuel S. Clemente. The design is conceptualized by the world renowned Urban and Environment Planner Architect Felino “Jun” Palafox, Jr. who was recently awarded the Most Outstanding Professional of the Year in the field of Environmental Planning for 2019 by the Professional Regulation Commission.
