Joint operatives of Philippine Drug Enforcements Agency – Baguio (PDEA-Baguio), Baguio City Police Office (BCPO-Legarda) and BCPO-Drug Enforcement Unit (BCPO-DEU) served a search warrant against a suspected drug peddler Joriel Torio, 27 years old at his residence in Middle Rock Quarry, Baguio City, near midnight Thursday.
The search team also arrested his companion Jhiral Bautista, 18 years old, laborer.
They also discovered 7 pieces of heat sealed plastic suspected to be shabu with a street value 35 thousand pesos.
