Philippine Basketball Association legend and Philippine Sports Commission commissioner Ramon Fernandez enjoys his cup of coffee from Luisa’s Café during a meet up with local media as he seeks help of the city government for the bubble training of national athletes here.
Fernandez hopes that Team Philippines will at least land among the top three in biennial meet in Hanoi, Vietnam late November this year.
