FILING OF SOCE

Win or lose, the candidate must file their Statement of Contributions and Expenditures to the Office of the City Election Officer, Comelec Compound. Hard copies are placed in a folder while the
Soft copies are saved on a Compact Disc (CD) or in USB Flash Drive. A candidate who fails to file their SOCE will receive a notice from the Comelec Legal Department and must pay a corresponding fine. The candidates have until November 29, 2023 to comply. A candidate who withdrew their candidacy, Self Funded their campaign or did not campaign are still required to file ng SOCE.
