FROM FIELD TO FEED

In Barangay Camunatan, the journey of corn silage begins with a vibrant field of young corn plants, just 75 days old, bathe in sunlight. The harvested corn being chopped and shredded into smaller pieces transforming into bite-sized bits, ready for the silo. DA workers and Ilagan corn farmers compacting the chopped corn into a silo, packing it tightly for fermentation. The culmination of patience and care, as corn silage emerges as nutritious feed for the live stock.
