SM City Baguio accepted Recognition Award as one of DENR’s Environmental Partners for Gawad Kalikasan 2022. With sustainability now being essential to urban living, SM has taken the necessary steps to ensure that it is able to provide a comfortable and environment-friendly shopping experience for everyone.
With the contribution to Wastewater Management by continuously introducing innovation and environment-friendly ways in the treatment of STP (Sewerage Treatment Plant) by reducing energy through re-use of water for non-potable purposes and sustained greening program through the 100, 000 Tree Project in the city of Baguio is the initiatives and best practices of the company which helped improve the current state of the environment.
