GENERAL BRIGADA ESKWELA AT POYOPOY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Poyopoy Elementary School called for its third general Brigada Eskwela which was conducted last April 8, 2024. Parents willingly sacrificed their time for the said activity. Hand in hand they worked together in finishing the pathway going to the school’s income generating project for easier access in watering the plants. Some parents also cleaned the school premises and the school gulayan. The materials used were collaboratively donated by Felvic Enterprises, Barangay Council and Sir Rodolfo Serran (a retired police officer). Generally, conducting school-based Brigada Eskwela focuses on the specific needs and priorities of the school.

It is a collaborative effort involving students, parents, teachers, school administrators, and the local community. The school community comes together to address various maintenance and improvement, such as repairing classrooms, cleaning up the school grounds, repainting structures, fixing furniture and equipment, upgrading facilities and others. The program encourages active participation from all stakeholders, emphasizing the importance of collective responsibility in creating a conducive and safe learning environment. Students and parents often work side by side with teachers and school staff, fostering a sense of ownership and pride in the school.
