Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III visits the employees of the Provincial Jail on December 23, 2019 at the La Union Provincial Jail, City of San Fernando, La Union. Present to welcome Gov. Pacoy was Provincial Warden Rimas Calixto.
