HEART OF A ROTARIAN
Acting General Manager Mel Licoben(ri8ght) of Benguet Electric Cooperative (BENECO) takes over as the new President of Rotary Club of Baguio Highlands for the year 2021 to 2022 effective this July.
Licoben received his gable from IPP Bong Villanueva.
This years Rotary’s theme is Serve to Change Lives.
