Historic Muslim Election
Abdullah Macarimpas and Yasser Guro of the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) -Baguio Provincial Office, explain the rules and procedures for the conduct of the first election of officers of the Baguio-Muslim Association, Inc. (BMA).
