New Zealand Ambassador to the Philippines Peter Kell announces at a press conference in Baguio City on Monday (Jan. 30, 2023) the opening of a scholarship program that will allow 16 Filipinos to study in New Zealand for free. Kell said over 2,000 Filipinos have so far benefited from the scholarship program in the last five decades.
