Issuance of Special Patent
Benguet Provincial Environment and Natural Resources (PENR) Officer Carlos S. Arida Sr. hands over a special patent to Vice President for Social Security System (SSS) Luzon North 1 Division Ceasar P. Saludo (both at the center from right to left) as the first SSS recipient of land title nationwide witnessed by some personnel of DENR and SSS last November 13 (Wednesday) at Benguet PENR Office, Wangal, La Trinidad. Other agencies in Benguet who have processed their patents also are Pinsao National High School; Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas; National Police Commission; Supreme Court of the Philippines; Department of Social Welfare and Development; Civil Service Commission; Philippine Information Agency; National Bureau of Investigation; Municipality of Mankayan for Guinaoang Barangay and Buguias for Panayaoan Multi-Purpose Building; Tawang Elementary School, Court of Appeals; Sablan Police Station; Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center and some offices of City Government of Baguio. Said agency is encouraging other government offices to process their land title application as one proof of their land claims.
