Laya West Communal Irrigation Project
More than 50 farmers will benefit this irrigation project by the National Irrigation Administration-Cordillera Administrative Region (NIA-CAR), located in Brgy. Laya West, Tabuk City, Kalinga.

The project is funded under Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program- Irrigation Component (CARP- IC) CY 2019, covers an initial 54 hectares service area.
