Learner’s Kit for School Children

School children from five elementary schools in barangay Dalipey and three schools in barangay Sinacbat in Bakun, Benguet receive learners’ kits containing assorted school supplies through each of the school’s PTA representatives at Palidan Elementary School on Friday, June 7, 2019.
The activity was made possible through the procurement efforts of Rev. Thimber Bugtong of barangay Dalipey, aiming to encourage the pupils to strive harder to finish their studies to be able to improve their lives as well as the image of the municipality.
The donation came from Atty. Sharon P. Ordinario, a benevolent corporate lawyer from Manila who said that she wants to share her blessings to children in the mountains and to remind the pupils to always be grateful for all blessings they receive.
The annual activity started in 2015.
