Volunteers from Hedcor hit over half of 79,000 target trees to plant in Luzon. To date, 46,000 seedlings were planted already to Hedcor’s adopted areas in Benguet, Ilocos Sur, and Mt Province. Together with Hedcor employees, a significant number from the members of the community volunteered also during the different tree planting activities conducted by the hydro firm. Hedcor, a subsidiary of AboitizPower, ensures to protect the forest as a steward of the environment. This year, Hedcor recorded 89% survival rating of all the trees planted. PR
