Marrero, led the slicing of the Strawberry Cake marking this year’s month-long Strawberry Festival celebration.
La Trinidad holds the Guinness World record for baking the biggest Strawberry Shortcake weighing a whopping 9,622.23 kgs. in 2004.
Themed “La Trinidad: My Home…My Pride”, the festival will run from March 4 to 29, 2019.
