PCol. Dennis Dumanew the Chief of Cordillera Administrative Region Training Center (CARTC) launch an Art Challenge at the Sto. Tomas of CARTC Annex for ailing police trainee who is a co-trainee of this batch who will no longer graduate with the group.
The police trainee remained bed ridden with a medical condition that was pre-existing prior to his sign-up to CARTC.
He was having fainting spells during the training that led to his confinement.
The art pieces will be sold to bidders online to help him defray medical bills.
