Tabuk City Mayor Darwin C. Estrañero in a press conference on Monday afternoon said the dry spell is alarming and affecting the rice plants in the city. He said there is a big chance the city will declare a state of calamity after a full assessment as he just got back to the office following the Office of the Ombudsman’s dismissal of the charges for graft and corrupt practices act that emanated from the purchase of Covid supplies.
