Boy Scouts of the Philippines
Baguio City awarded a Certificate of Commendation to Gilbert Y. Balancar and Wilnelia Tamsi on April 8, 2019 recognizing their invaluable and personal services to the youth development program of the Scouting Movement which contributed in a large measure to the successful conduct of the 2019 Council Scout Jamboree held at the Home of the Jungle, Santa Cecilia Aringay, La Union.
