New Dump Trucks Dedicated

A priest officiates the blessing of two new dump trucks (a six and a ten-wheeler dump truck) to replace the old truck being used for Solid Waste Management initiatives of Mayor Romeo K. Salda and Councilor Nestor “Bobot” Fongwan, Jr. valued at P9 million.
A total of 11 units are now being used for hauling garbage, including two that are used daily hauling 30 tons of garbage.
“Temporarily hauling the garbage to Urdaneta using our own garbage truck only costs us P750,000 a month than hiring a private truck that costs us P2 million a month,” Salda said.
The inauguration was held at the Municipal grounds in La Trinidad, Benguet on Friday, April 12, 2019.
