Agriculture Secretary William D. Dar leads the launching ceremony of the agency’s Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund “RICE FARMERS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE “ (RCEF-RFFA).
The activity also marked by the distribution of SURE Aid and QRF Interventions.
