Cordillera Regional Director Cameron Odsey said during the Kapihan media forum that they are planning that the Baguio Dairy Farm or the Baguio Breeding Center will be a state of the art breeding facility for cattle and livestock and a demo farm and other developments to improve farming techniques in the Cordillera region.
