A campaign volunteer at Baccuit Sur, Bauang, La Union takes down campaign posters and materials displayed in public places while Comelec fails to initiate cleanup operations due to other tasks.
Whether win or lose, candidates have the primary responsibility to uphold cleanliness by taking down their campaign materials and avoid penalty.
